Coriander Glass wants you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied you may return it for a full refund.  You must email us within 10 days from the date the item was shipped to be eligible for the refund.

Refunds will only be issued once the item is returned to Coriander Glass.  Refunds do not include return shipping costs, and items must be returned in the same condition they were sent; as new, unworn, in original condition and packaging.

Breakages are rare but sometimes they do happen, please remember that lampwork beads are glass, and you should take reasonable care when using/wearing them.  Coriander Glass reserves the right to refuse any refund if it is determined that the item was damaged by the customer/buyer.
